Shipping Policy
All shipping will be UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. All products purchased will be shipped within 2 weeks of initial purchase. If for some reason there is a further delay than 2 weeks, the customer will be notified.

Warranty
EZFountains provides a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers product defects or damages resulting from reasonable and proper use of our products. Damaged product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EZFountains. Delivery expense related to the return of the faulty product is at the customer's expense. Repair and/or replacement costs are the responsibility of EZFountains. Proof of purchase or a detailed receipt is required. Please call EZFountains at (610) 660-9129 for authorization prior to returning the damaged product.
